Also, since you are not cooking at a high heat like you would on a stove, the chemicals in the non stick shouldn't be so reactive. These pans are the best I have found for bread but like I said, glass is always the best choice to be totally safe. I still feel OK with these but don't use teflon on my stove.Shari Goodmanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06474703445475943040noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4400724054706198049.post-7099885830939983532011-02-04T19:31:12.099-08:002011-02-04T19:31:12.099-08:00Totally unrelated comment to this post, but I had ...Totally unrelated comment to this post, but I had a question about your amazon sidebar. I'm in the market to get a couple bread pans and you have a Norpro pan listed there. I haven't heard of that brand, but I saw that it is nonstick. Is that like the same nonstick cookware that we are supposed to stay away from? I have a couple glass pans, but wasn't sure if this would be a good one to try. I'm leery of non-stick, so thought I'd ask your opinion. thx!Clairhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10181473349633594163noreply@blogger.com
