You need to make sure you take zinc on a full stomach and grape juice is very acidic and can cause stomach upset. I would try a smaller dose and with a meal. You may just be a little more sensitive than some. I haven't had anyone else report this. Make sure you are taking the correct dosage as well. Good luck!Shari Goodmanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06474703445475943040noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4400724054706198049.post-90998516583969369252010-03-06T20:58:33.598-08:002010-03-06T20:58:33.598-08:00I tried taking the liquid zinc for my acne and I i...I tried taking the liquid zinc for my acne and I it didn't go to well. I would take it with my calcium fortified orange juice and get mild upset stomach. After reading your post about separating it from calcium I put it in grape juice. After drinking it in the grape juice I immediately had to throw up. I felt better after it was all out of my system. Have you heard of this happening before? I am bummed because I wanted it to work :(Tirsa Bakerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16204319939387950858noreply@blogger.com
