They are great to snack on right out of the bag or dip in hummus. Last week I sliced sweet potatoes, brushed them with oil and sprinkled cinamon on them. It was really good, I'm going to try grilling the ones I bought from costco that are in sticks. I completely agree with putting different foods in front of your child.
