How exciting!
check out lulu.com, you create the book online and then people order it from the website so you don't have to print a bunch that may or may not get sold. Not that you'll have any problems selling it! You get a royalty for each book sold.

This is just a regular cookbook. I hope to do a gluten free book at some point but will just post those recipes for now.
