part 2... yeast and leaky gut.

If you didn't read the prior post, "What everyone should know.", back up and read it first.

I wanted to add a little more. I don't want anyone to think that you can go from a horribly unhealthy state to a picture of health by taking a pill. Life isn't that easy. Some of you may have mild issues and taking the pill without changing your eating may be all you need to get the job done. The herbs alone are very effective. They kill the yeast and simply by doing that, many issues will be resolved. However, if you are living with multiple issues and have been suffering with symptoms for years, the yeast treatments are your first step, the very important step but definitely not the last.

What happens is that yeast can cause "leaky gut." It makes the gut permeable which allows food to actually be absorbed into the bloodstream instead of processed by the stomach. The stomach is a filter and when this is bypassed, toxins escape. When you let the situation go long enough and the yeast has caused the leaky gut, healing may take a while. You will have to change the way you eat. It will be difficult but you can heal the stomach. You can change the way foods affect you. Killing the yeast will make you feel better , no doubt. However, with systemic yeast issues that have been left untreated, total recovery will take more effort. As with all things in life.

Virtually all autoimmune diseases out there have "leaky gut" in common. The stomach is the gateway. You must stop the cycle.

If you think you are in this category what should you do? Start a yeast cleanse right away with a few different probiotics. Stay off sugar, processed foods, fruits, dairy and anything else that causes your stomach woes while treating. If you are gluten/dairy intolerant, don't eat those. If you eat what causes your inflammation, it will never become uninflamed, never. Start with a goal of a month. Notice how you feel. If you don't feel better, keep going. It may take months, it make take a year or two. You will feel relief right away just by removing the offending foods and killing the yeast. Recovery depends on how long you have had the problems. I highly recommend further reading on yeast connections so you can understand more fully what yeast is doing to your body.

Hopefully most of us just have minor issues but for some they are not so lucky. So may kids are plagued by these problems these days. If your child has chronic stomach issues and bowl problems, please pay attention. If left untreated, you may be in for a life time of issues; big issues like Chron's and Colitis to name a few. They are debilitating. You can stop it in its tracks. At the first sign of something wrong in your little ones, listen. If they don't seem right or get sick easily and fall behind in areas for their age, listen. If you notice a spaciness or loss of skills, pay attention.

If I only knew what I knew now. I wonder what I could have prevented for my Tate. I wonder how different his life would have been. All the signs were there ,I just didn't know what I was looking for then. However, what I know now will prevent so many more diseases that could have come our way. There are little things I have noticed that could turn into big things. I am amazed at what killing the yeast is doing for us. Cleaning house.

Don't ignore the signs. Do the work. Take the first step. It is never easy. You can feel better. You can heal your child. You can stop disease.

Thanks Shari. We need some encouragement over here. Any ideas for avoiding tubes in ears? Presley (5) has fluid in both ears, and one is thick. She cannot hear.

fluid in ears is hugely related to allergies. Trying to figure out what she is allergic to is key, especially removing dairy. The A & I allergy pill has helped Tate tremendously with keeping the inflammation down which will help keep the fluid/mucous production in check. Yeast will also cause ear issues.

glad you wrote about his. I currently have chronic fatigue. The ONLY thin that has helped is changing my diet (gluten free), nystatin (rx yeast killer), and YSL#3 a very powerful probiotic (not Rx but you get it from the pharmacist). Plus vitamin D. This remedy has also been successful with Fibromyalgia.

This is probably a stupid question, but does eating bread (with yeast) an issue? I make all of our bread homemade, but is it bad for yeast in the digestive tract??

Carbs and especially yeasty carbs will feed yeast. If the body is in check with yeast under control, we can handle the bread but we eat far too much of it today. If trying to get rid of yeast, it is always best to lay off the carbs, sugars and yeasts while cleaning.
