Yeast orders...

Enough posts about the yeast already but I had lots of emails. I make orders for supplements, oils and yeast cleanse products on Fridays as orders permit. If you would like a product, please let me know by then so I can get you in for that order. Many of you have ordered the yeast cleanse products but I want to strongly advise taking a probiotic with it. The reason is that once you kill off the yeast, the area where the yeast was is now an open playing field. You want to fill in that good area with the good bacteria, hence the probiotic! I recommend the Saccharomyces Boulardii as a specific probiotic for yeast. For strong cases of yeast, I would also recommend a second probiotic depending on your situation.

Thanks!!

New post tomorrow on vaccines by request. Always controversial....vaccine Nazi's need not tune in.

I was curious what your thoughts are, would it be beneficial to order the cleanse and probiotic, or would nystatin and probiotics I already have like ultra flora plus by metagenics or ther biotic complete by Klaire work just as well? i just got off of an antibiotic Sunday for a severe kidney infection, and would really like to help my body.
Thanks

I cant wait for the vaccine post. I didnt get my new baby vaccinated at the hospital (she will get it, just not in her first days of life) and I thought they were not going to let me take her home. One nurse told me I was "negligent for not getting my baby the Hep shot before she was 5 days old".

I am excited about this one. (I always say that dont I?)

Carie,

Nystatin is a prescription that works very well for yeast. I would go with what you have and also your probiotics but I would add in the Sacch. Boulardii if it doesn't have that in it. ( which I suspect). After your course of nystatin, if you are still having symptoms at all, you could then add in the cleanse or just the capsules. May as well use what you have but I am so glad you are getting on top of this after antibiotics!

Shari,
My daughter suffers from constant yeast infections. Would this help and if so could you include me in your order?

Let me know tfarnsworth@cox.net

If she has constant yeast infections, then YES, she needs to go this and stay on maintenance pills for a while after. I would do the whole cleanse. It will take care of it for her and the yeast will cause so many other issues as well with her stomach. She will definitely want to be on two different probiotics as well. Email me.

lol, Shari you crack me up! And one comment about Nystatin and Sacc Boul. If you do both, please separate by a few hours. Since Sacc Boul is a yeast, anti fungals will kill it too! No sense in wasting your money by taking something that will negate it. I would always take probiotics at night and just make sure your last dose of Nystatin (or other anti-fungal) is at least 2 hours prior!

Thanks Terri! I always put that in the list of instructions with the kit but thanks for reminding those who don't get it all from me. Very important. It's funny that the naturopath didn't even know that the last time I talked to her.

And, for everyone else out there, you can take the other probiotics with the yeast treatments just not the Boulardii.

where do you recommend ordering a good probiotic from? or is there a store here in the valley we can get them from?

I order mine from New Beginnings because they carry the top quality kind. I haven't bought any from a retail store in forever so I wouldn't know what to recommend. You want them to be refrigerated so they are a live culture. I do have some extra coming from New Beginnings anyone needs some.

Started my cleanse today! Also, her cookbook is very inspirational. After reading her philosophies, I'm hopeful that the cleanse, coupled with valiantly trying to eat healthier, will make a difference for myself and my daughter (who also has issues). Very excited to try her recipes and really work on getting my family to eat more whole foods. thanks so much for the recommendation!

Hi, you said you have some extra probiotics coming can I get a bottle from you? I started Nystatin today and want to put a good probiotic with it. Just let me know and i will come and pay where I need to or whatever you need me to do. How often would you take probiotics? Once a day?
Signs I should look for that the nystatin is working, is there usually side effects? funny I am used to treating my child, but not myself! Thanks

Carie,

If you already have on probiotic, I would go with the Saccharomyces Boulardii and I do have some of that right now. I would take two a day. one at night and one in mid day or am. You want to take it 2 hours apart from the Nystatin so it gets tricky with time. I would take the last dosage at bedtime with the other probiotic that you have. If you are almost out of your other probiotic, I also have a probiotic support that will be here in a few days. AS far as how you know it is working depends if you have symptoms that you notice. If you don't, you may not notice anything. It just depends on why you started Nystatin to begin with. If you start feeling pretty crappy for a few days after starting, you can be assured that there is some yeast die off going on. Stay on the probiotics for a few months at least since you were on some strong antibiotics. Its always good to take a probiotic for everyone. Email me directly if you want the probiotics.

How long do you think I need to stay on Nystatin? 1 month 2 months? I don't want to stop too soon. I am also taking the probiotics with it.
